Administrative Assistant

• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Organize and maintain records and files
• Manage office operations and procedures
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for company needs

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with colleagues, clients, and vendors
• Technical proficiency and attention to detail
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
Educational Background:
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• 1–3 years of administrative experience is an advantage
