  • Ensure high-quality deliverables by establishing and maintaining strong code review and testing practices (unit, integration, and automated testing)
  • Collaborate with DevOps to enhance CI/CD pipelines and streamline deployments in Azure/AWS environments
  • Safeguard the privacy, security, and trust of our members’ sensitive data throughout implementations, in partnership with Risk and Security teams
  • Support agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement in team delivery practices

Qualification and requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-stack software development experience, with strong hands-on work using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Node.js, Angular, and MSSQL
  • 2+ years of experience in a team lead, tech lead, or similar leadership role in a software engineering environment
  • Strong expertise in front-end and back-end development, API integrations, and database design
  • Practical experience with Entity Framework Core, asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and middleware pipelines
  • Experience modernizing legacy systems and migrating to cloud-ready, distributed architectures
  • Proficiency with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code concepts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the travel, booking, or e-commerce industries
  • Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems design
  • Exposure to DevSecOps practices and security-first development
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools (Datadog, New Relic, Grafana)
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation)
  • Understanding of data streaming and messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus)

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Strong full-stack development background (C#, .NET, Node.js)
  • Proven track record of leading software projects end-to-end (from design through delivery)
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor developers, set technical direction, and ensure delivery in an agile environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into business context
