- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) to drive audience engagement.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with other marketing professionals to integrate social media strategy with overall marketing goals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in social media management or a related area
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, strong written and verbal communication skills, creativity in content creation
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to develop and follow content calendars, manage online communities, and respond to customer inquiries
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
