- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the management and operations team.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and files.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other company documents.
- Update and maintain databases, attendance records, and filing systems.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and site arrangements.
- Support HR tasks such as staff attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors on administrative matters.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including stationery and inventory management.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Prior experience in admin or construction industry is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
- Saturday: 8.30am – 12.30pm
