Position Overview:

我们正在寻找一位细致负责、经验丰富的测试工程师加入我们的团队，全面负责公司 Web、移动端及游戏产品的测试工作。您将与产品经理、开发人员密切协作，设计并执行黑盒与白盒测试策略，确保产品功能完备、性能稳定、跨平台体验一致。

该岗位需要编写和维护测试计划、测试用例及自动化测试脚本，协助搭建和优化自动化测试框架，提升测试效率与流程标准化水平。同时，您也将深入参与缺陷管理与问题跟踪，不断推动产品质量优化，提升用户和玩家的整体体验。为保证高效协作与真实测试场景、多端平台测试能力或自动化测试背景的候选人加入我们！

Job Responsibilities:

·       根据产品需求，设计并执行黑盒测试和白盒测试，确保产品功能的完整性与代码逻辑的正确性。

·       编写、维护测试计划、测试用例和自动化测试脚本，覆盖 Web、移动端和游戏客户端。

·       与产品经理、开发团队密切协作，评估需求可测性并及时发现潜在问题。

·       执行功能测试、回归测试、兼容性测试和性能测试，确保产品稳定上线。

·       协助构建和优化测试工具与自动化测试框架，推动测试流程的标准化与自动化。

·       参与缺陷管理与问题追踪，推动问题闭环解决。

·       根据玩家或用户反馈，持续优化产品质量与用户体验。

Position Requirements:

·       本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业。

·       具备5年以上测试工作经验，有游戏公司或互联网公司经验者优先。

·       熟悉黑盒测试方法（如等价类、边界值、场景覆盖等）与白盒测试技术（如逻辑覆盖、分支覆盖等）。

·       熟练使用至少一种自动化测试工具（如 Selenium、Appium、JMeter、Postman 等）。

·       掌握至少一门编程语言（Python、Java、JavaScript 等），能编写测试脚本。

·       熟悉 Git、JIRA、TestRail、Jenkins 等常用测试工具。

·       具备良好的逻辑思维、沟通能力和问题分析能力，热爱游戏，有玩家视角者更佳。

Bonus points if you also have:

1.  有大型游戏（如 MMORPG、MOBA、策略类）测试经验者优先。

2.  熟悉 Unity、Unreal Engine 等游戏引擎的开发与测试流程。

3.  具备海外项目测试经验，或具备多平台/多终端测试能力。

4.  有 DevOps/CI 流程经验者优先。
