PC/NetworkTroubleshootingSoftware Installation
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users for software and hardware issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems.
- Install, configure, and update computer systems and software applications.
- Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions.
- Assist in training users on new technologies and software functionalities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: College Graduate
- Experience Level: 6 months to 1 year
- Skills and Competencies: PC/Network Troubleshooting, Software Installation
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, Problem-solving ability, Customer service orientation
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide timely assistance and support to users
- Working Conditions: Office environment Mondays to Saturdays, 8 AM- 5 PM
