Position: Private Equity Associate

Company Industry: Financial Services

Work Location: Pasay City

Work Schedule: Night Shift (9:00 PM- 6:00AM

Salary: Php 85,000-Php 90,000

Work Set Up: Hybrid (2-4x a month)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree Holder in Accounting and Finance

At least 1 to 3 years’ experience in Private Equity

Experience in private fund accounting is an advantage

Amenable to attend interviews

Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage private equity funds, including negotiating, overseeing, and managing credit as required.

Handle team transactions, encompassing cash management and reconciliation processes.

Lead company performance reporting and act as the primary point of contact.

Collaborate with finance and investment teams on quarterly reporting and overall team performance.

Provide support for special projects and ad-hoc requests, including investor updates.
