  • Coordinate with BD Team and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to design and implement channel-specific marketing and partnership campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, launch, and manage user acquisition and engagement initiatives (e.g., trading competitions, rebate programs, referral incentives) to drive platform growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with BD team to develop and maintain a KOL management database to track partnership effectiveness, evaluate performance metrics, and optimize collaboration strategies.
  • Monitor channel behavior and potential fraudulent activities; implement risk control measures to ensure campaign cost efficiency and sustainability.
  • Deliver data-driven performance reports on campaign effectiveness, user conversion, and partnership ROI, providing insights to optimize strategic direction and partnership models.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development (BD) operations or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese to effectively communicate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with KOL/influencer marketing and user acquisition funnel optimization is a plus.
