Product Manager

As a Product Manager (Web3 Payments & Infrastructure), you will lead the design and development of products that connect blockchain-based stablecoin systems with regulated fiat payment infrastructures.

You’ll need to possess both fintech and crypto-native fluency, bridging technical, business, and regulatory domains.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end product journey — from idea formation and technical scoping to rollout, documentation, and go-to-market enablement.

Responsibilities

• Design and build next-generation payment and treasury products integrating Web3 rails (e.g., stablecoins, tokenized assets, wallets) with banking systems, virtual accounts, and payment gateways.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — ideation, competitive analysis, prototyping, UI/UX design, BRD/PRD writing (in English and Chinese), testing, and launch.
• Work closely with developers, compliance officers, and partner banks to ensure regulatory readiness and system interoperability.
• Translate market and client needs into technical requirements, and prioritize backlog items according to business value.
• Oversee API integration projects between STABO, financial institutions, and blockchain networks.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), product documentation, and post-launch iteration.
• Gather continuous feedback from clients and partners to refine product features.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of product experience in fintech, digital payments, or blockchain/web3 sectors.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with partners and developers.
• Strong grasp of how stablecoins, blockchains, and crypto wallets integrate with traditional financial infrastructure (SWIFT, SEPA, FPS, virtual accounts, etc.).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, OAuth2, and third-party vendor integrations.
• Skilled in UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma), project management tools (e.g., Jira), and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including token standards (ERC-20, TRC-20), custody models, and compliance (KYT, AML, VASP frameworks).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical or financial topics clearly.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with RPA tools (Python) or smart contract development.
• Familiarity with MAS PSA / HKMA stablecoin regulatory frameworks.
• Experience working with digital banks or licensed MSO/PSP operators.
