Blockchain Solana Smart-Contract Developer

We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Developer to help enhance and optimize our existing decentralized job marketplace built on the Solana blockchain.

• Your role will include improving performance, refining smart contract logic, upgrading the UI/UX, and adding new features such as wallet enhancements and real-time updates.
• Experience with Solana Web3.js, Rust, and wallet integrations (e.g., Phantom) is essential.
• Refactor the existing contract using the Anchor framework, maintaining compatibility with the current wallet logic and API integration.
• If major limitations are found, we’re open to a clean rebuild with clear documentation.
