JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource or any related field
- With 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner, Generalist in a BPO company
- Amendable to work in a hybrid set up
- Amendable to work in Mid shift schedule
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with operations to understand manpower needs and plan hiring accordingly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct capability assessments and recommend development solutions.
- Support compensation planning and salary benchmarking for BPO roles.
