Virtual HR Interviewer (Interviewing Indian Candidates)

CareerMint Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is a recruitment support company from India. We are hiring a Virtual HR Interviewer to conduct voice/video pre-screening interviews with Indian candidates for various job roles.

Responsibilities:

Conduct voice/video interviews with Indian candidates

Evaluate communication, confidence, and job fit

Follow interview guidelines & rating sheets

Submit short assessment notes

Coordinate with Indian HR team

Requirements:

Excellent English communication (neutral accent)

Confident on video/calls

HR, recruitment, or BPO/CSR experience

Good understanding of Indian communication styles (training provided)

Stable internet & quiet workspace

Schedule:

Flexible (India time 10 AM–8 PM)
