- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Advanced Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial record-keeping.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience or training in bookkeeping or accounting (academic or work-based).
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship or training experience are welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze accounting entries and account balances; prepare adjustments for any erroneous entries.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Ensure all subsidiary ledgers are properly maintained and reconciled.
- Handle disbursement processes, expense tracking, and account reconciliations.
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
