Responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding. This role works closely with hiring managers to attract, identify, assess, and hire top talent aligned with organizational goals while ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including job scoping, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, job offer, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Create engaging job advertisements and post them across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
  • Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, employee referrals, job fairs, and other creative sourcing methods.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams; provide feedback and follow up on assessments.
  • Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and initiate pre-employment checks and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.
  • Support employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and hiring across multiple functions and job levels.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills:

  • Background in high-volume or specialized recruitment ( Sales).
  • Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Certification in Recruitment, HR, or Talent Acquisition (a plus).
