We're looking for a Social Media Manager VA (Buffer & Sendible)

Schedule: Part-time / Flexible

Responsibilities:

Create Canva Graphics

• Design visually appealing, on-brand content.
• Maintain consistency in layouts, colors, fonts, and overall style.

Schedule Posts via Buffer

• Plan and schedule weekly/monthly content.
• Optimize posting times to maximize engagement.

Prepare and Organize Content in Sendible

• Upload drafts, captions, and visual assets.
• Arrange posts for team/client review.
• Use Sendible’s workflow for approvals and scheduling.

Adjust and Maintain Branding

• Update designs to align with brand guidelines.
• Ensure colors, fonts, and layouts follow the brand’s identity.

Submit for Approval Before Posting

• Provide drafts for team/client review.
• Apply revisions based on feedback.

Bring Creative Vision

• Contribute fresh ideas for content, visuals, and campaigns.
• Must have strong Canva experience and an excellent sense of aesthetics.
