  1. Facilitate endorsement from bank/ client.
  2. Coordinate with Team Leaders/ Management for proper distribution of accounts.
  3. Prepares collection brief and Masterlist of accounts.
  4. Responsible on re-tagging of rerouted accounts, stating of status/ remarks and updating of payments.
  5. Facilitate documents like Demand Letters, Payment Agreements and Statement of Accounts.
  6. Responsible for monitoring of selective/ posted payment.
  7. Prepares letters for skip tracing and mailing.
  8. Submits reports depending on the requirements of bank/client.
  9. Submits report required by Team Leader.
  10. Performs other tasks that superior may require.
  11. Conforms to all company rules and regulations.
