JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree
- With 8 to 10 years of experience Finance Platforms & Transformation
- With experience across core finance processes such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A.
- Amendable to work on site
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Align Finance Technology Platforms with Business Strategy, Regulatory Needs, And Finance Operating Model.
- Lead End-To-End Finance Transformation Initiatives, Including System Modernization, Process Re-Engineering, And Automation.
- Lead Large-Scale Transformation Programs, Managing Scope, Timelines, Risks, And Budgets.
- Drive Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Training, And Adoption Across Finance and The Business.
- Ensure Finance Platforms Support SOX, Audit, Regulatory, And Data Governance Requirements.
