Accounting Staff

Qualifications:

• With a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• With at least 6 months or more of experience in Accounting and Finance is a plus
• With knowledge in AP
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday from 8AM to 5PM
• Willing to be assigned in MRC Head Office

Job Summary:

• Preparing Request for Payment (RFP) to Suppliers and other Affiliates.
• Preparing Statement of Account (Billing to Affiliates and Different Plants)
• Checking reimbursement, liquidation, and replenishment of other employees
• Making summary of expenses of head offices
• Checking and preparing salary of MRC head office employees.
• Checking and releasing of reimbursement of Plant Accountant and other employees.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
