At Sumi Philippines Wiring Systems Corporation, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Hermosa, Bataan. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day human resources operations within our organization.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee and manage the implementation of human resources policies, procedures, and programs
• Manage employee records, payroll, and benefits administration
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, addressing queries and concerns
• Collaborate with managers to identify and address staffing needs, as well as performance management
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of human resources best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
• Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis, with the ability to generate reports and metrics
• Passionate about employee engagement, talent development, and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
