Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of Structural or Civil Engineering, or any relevant courses, post graduate degree is an advantage
- With at least five (5) years related experience
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to express ideas clearly both in written and oral communications
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Coaching and training skills

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring effective delivery of operational services critical to expansion and maintenance of core business requirements
- Ensure effective implementation of company policies consistent with the vision, mission, and core values of RUCS Konsult and achieve its performance, KRAs, and KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review project progress and explore improvement opportunities
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions/recommendations according to customer needs
- Forecast and monitor team performance metrics based on set KPIs/KRAs
- Stay updated on industry best practices, knowledge, and trends
- Prepare and execute operational plan annually in alignment with the strategic plan set by the organization
- Establish industry contacts that can complement manpower and operational needs of the team
- Make recommendations on improving processes and controls to improve efficiency and productivity
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time
