Admin Officer
Calamba Premiere International Park - CPIP
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year business related course
- Preferably with 1 year experience in admin tasks
- Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist the Admin Head in overseeing day-to-day administrative and facility operations within the park.
• Coordinate and monitor housekeeping, landscaping, waste management, security, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare, process, and file administrative documents such as memos, letters, purchase requests, permits, and reports.
• Serve as a liaison between locators, contractors, and the park administration for various requests or concerns.
• Support the Admin Head in scheduling, planning, and supervising park projects or improvement works.
• Monitor office and facility supplies, service contracts, and ensure timely renewal or replenishment.
• Assist in processing work permits, entry passes, and gate passes for contractors and visitors.
• Participate in inspections, meetings, and coordination activities within the park.
• Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation of administrative transactions.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Admin Head.
