Role Overview
The BitMart Growth Intern role is a remote, student-focused internship designed for individuals who want hands-on exposure to how a global crypto exchange grows users, builds
communities, and launches products across international markets. The program operates on a performance-based model, where interns receive official certification, learning resources, mentorship, and the opportunity to earn commission-based and performance incentives tied to impact and results. Interns join in rolling 3-month cohorts and work on real growth initiatives that support BitMart’s global expansion, campus presence, and Web3 education efforts.
What You Will Do
Exact responsibilities may vary based on your profile, skills, and interests, but typically
include:
- Support user growth initiatives across campus and online communities
- Assist with product awareness and education campaigns for BitMart’s core trading and financial products
- Help organize and promote online events, AMAs, and Web3 learning sessions
- Contribute to content distribution and community engagement across social and messaging platforms
- Track basic performance metrics and participate in weekly growth reviews and feedback sessions
- Collaborate with interns globally as part of a structured, team-based growth program

- No prior crypto or marketing experience required
