Web Developer

We’re looking for a Web developer who goes beyond executing to-do lists. This role requires someone who understands business goals, conversion flows, and long-term website architecture, and who can proactively own tasks end-to-end without constant direction.

You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and evolving content-driven, informational websites that support marketing, recruitment, and sales initiatives—while ensuring scalability, performance, analytics accuracy, and ease of use for non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CMS-driven, content-heavy websites (pages, articles, resources, use cases)
• Create scalable Webflow structures using CMS, components, and reusable patterns
• Enable non-developers to easily edit and publish content
• Implement conversion flows: forms, gated content, downloads, webinar access, and “book a call”
• Build interactive frontend tools (e.g. calculators consuming data from external APIs)
• Define and implement analytics & tracking (GTM, GA4, events, conversions)
• Connect website interactions to the CRM (technical implementation)
• Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and other teams
• Challenge requirements and propose better solutions when needed

Job Requirements

• Strong Webflow experience with senior-level ownership and autonomy
• Proven work on content-driven / informational sites
• Solid understanding of performance, SEO fundamentals, and best practices
• Basic–intermediate experience with Google Tag Manager
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g. GA4) and clean data collection
• Clear communicator, proactive, and self-driven
• Architectural mindset: clean CMS structure, reusable components, scalable URLs, future-ready setup
