Senior Business Development Manager

- Participate in and implement the company's business strategy in English/Mandarin Region, formulate the company's derivatives business goals and implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal Marketing, Product, and Global BD teams to optimize regional performance.
- Lead the regional channel expansion and KOL strategy implementation to achieve the full link from B-side business cooperation to C-user drainage.
- Drive trading volume and user acquisition through strategic influencer partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to promote brand awareness and trading activity.
- Manage KOL campaigns from negotiation to execution, ensuring strong ROI and measurable results.
Job Requirement :
- At least 1~2 years of regional business team management experience and 3~4 years or more of digital currency industry experience;
- Deep understanding of local crypto culture, user behavior, and market dynamics.
- Strong network with KOLs, media, and communities is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English and Chinese speaking is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track campaign performance and optimize results.
