Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and data analysis.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with team members and clients.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or relevant field
- Experience Level: 1–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong analytical skills, and effective written communication
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in scheduling and organizing meetings, and taking minutes of meetings (MOM)
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working Conditions: Office environment requiring standard working hours
