Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience designing, developing, and managing data architecture
- Competence in:
- Data Modeling
- ETL processes
- Big Data Technologies (Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL)
- Programming Language (Python)
- Data Governance and Data Security
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to work onsite in Cilandak, South Jakarta
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a robust and efficient data architecture for a used car sales website platform
- Develop and implement database schemas; ensure data integrity and quality for accurate analysis and decision-making
- Build and manage data workflows (pipelines) to efficiently move data from source to destination for quick access
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and development teams to understand data needs and provide actionable solutions
- Plan budgets and monitor expenditures periodically
- Develop KPIs for team members and conduct regular coaching and counseling to improve performance
- Monitor team output and provide guidance according to responsibilities in each area
