Summary:
The Accounting Officer is responsible for handling accounting and financial transactions related to vehicle sales, parts, and after-sales services. The role ensures accurate recording of sales, collections, expenses, and compliance with company policies while supporting dealership operations and management reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or Finance
- At least 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the automotive or dealership industry
- Knowledge of vehicle sales accounting, inventory costing, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliation
- Familiar with financing transactions, LTO-related documentation, and dealer accounting processes
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
