We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing efforts within our team. The ideal candidate will have proven test management skills, a strong background in agile methodology or AI, and expertise in using metrics to drive improvements.
Description
- Develop and implement test strategies to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Lead and mentor the testing team, providing guidance and support throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish testing requirements based on project objectives.
- Analyze results from testing procedures and present findings to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Test Manager or in a similar quality assurance lead role
- Proven experience in test management with strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in test metrics and analytics using Excel, PowerBI, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of agile methodology and experience in AI projects is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
