Sales Manager

Strategic Partnership Acquisition:
· Identify and secure high-value strategic partners across priority industries (banking, telco, real estate, airlines, large enterprises, institutions).
· Lead end-to-end negotiations for complex commercial agreements.
· Structure partnership models including co-funding campaigns, co-branding initiatives, enterprise billing programs, API integrations, and volume-based pricing.
· Drive long sales cycles involving C-level stakeholders and multi-department decision makers.
Commercial Structuring & Deal Design:
· Develop pricing frameworks, discount models, and enterprise contract structures aligned with company profitability targets.
· Evaluate commercial feasibility, margin impact, and operational readiness before deal closure.
· Collaborate with Finance to build revenue projections and cost-sharing models.
· Work with Marketing to define media value exchange and promotional mechanics.
Education / Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field.
· MBA or advanced business training is an advantage.
Relevant Experience:
· Minimum 7–10 years of experience in strategic B2B sales, partnerships, or commercial leadership roles.
· Proven track record in closing complex, enterprise-level deals.
· Experience negotiating with C-level executives and managing long sales cycles.
· Strong background in commercial modeling, contract structuring, and pricing strategy.
· Experience in mobility, transport, fintech, telecom, SaaS, or large ecosystem businesses is highly preferred.
Knowledge:
· Deep understanding of partnership frameworks (co-branding, co-funding, enterprise agreements).
· Strong knowledge of pricing strategy, SLAs, and commercial risk assessment.
· Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
· Awareness of market expansion and ecosystem-based business models.
