Job Description

Managers in this role get to:

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (an MBA is a plus).

• 3-5+ years of proven success in a similar role within a relevant industry. (BPO setup)

• 2+ years of team management experience, with a focus on driving performance, goal-setting, and accountability.

• A talent for mentoring and developing teams, providing constructive feedback, and fostering continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on listening, clarity, and collaboration.

• Proficiency in using data-driven insights, CRM tools, and problem-solving to make informed decisions.

• Experience in strategic planning, aligning team efforts with broader business objectives for long-term success.

• A track record of handling challenges with resilience and adaptability.

• A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship-building.

• Sales Background is highly recommended.

• Background with Website and Marketing


Key Qualifications:

• Strong background in Sales and/or Software environment

• Technical knowledge required, including basic understanding of domain management, web hosting, and cPanel

• Proven experience in setting and driving sales targets

• Ability to identify key leading indicators to improve sales performance

• Experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis and implementing Action Plans

• Strong leadership, coaching, and SMART Coaching skills

• Capable of developing and executing 30-60-90 day performance plans

• Relevant leadership and functional tenure in a similar role
