About the Role 

We have partnered with a company that is a leader in the provision of Risk and Compliance Auditing and Management services to the built property sector, whose clients are some of the largest corporations in Australia. 


As a Helpdesk Support Officer, your responsibilities will span a variety of tasks, where each situation will require careful attention, analysis, and effective decision-making. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, raise and manage work orders, coordinate urgent tasks with contractors, process invoices, and manage sign-off tickets and insurance documentation. You will respond to email enquiries and ensure all jobs are tracked and closed within agreed KPIs.

What you’ll be working on 

● Interpreting and validating client's needs 

● Action an appropriate service response to resolve issues 

● Accurate data capture / entry 

● Effectively communicate with clients and contractors 

● Ensure internal and external service standards are met 

● Tracking and closure of outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs 

● Participate in system and staff development 


What we’re looking for: 

● Critical thinking skills to determine the best course of action for resolving service-related concerns. 

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone and email) 

● Possesses excellent people skills 

● Basic Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite 

● Experience in working in a customer service role is a plus. 

● Accuracy and attention to detail is essential. 

● Capacity to perform both individually and as a highly effective team member 

● Able to prioritize, multitask, and efficiently manage time.


Job Type: Full-time, (7 PM- 4 AM)
