IT Technical Support at Luneta Advertising, Inc.

• Maintain and troubleshoot company computer systems, networks, and software.

• Support LED billboard systems and ensure display content is properly functioning.

• Install, configure, and monitor hardware and software updates.

• Provide technical support to office staff and remote users.

• Manage data backup, file security, and server maintenance.

• Assist in upgrading systems and planning IT infrastructure improvements.

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in an IT-related role (fresh graduates may apply).
Knowledge in computer networking, hardware/software installation, and system troubleshooting.
Familiarity with digital signage or display systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
Willing to work under minimal supervision
Preferably located in Parañaque City or willing to commute to work
