Description

  • The Human Resource Specialist executes various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance. This role ensures that HR processes run smoothly and align with company policies and industry best practices to support a positive and productive workplace.


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
  • Coordinate job postings and recruitment campaigns.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.


Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee concerns and provide HR-related support.
  • Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.


Training & Performance Management

  • Support the development and execution of training programs.
  • Assist in coordinating performance evaluations and tracking employee progress.
  • Identify areas for improvement in employee development.


Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Assisted in payroll processing and ensured timely benefits administration.
  • Maintain records of employee benefits, leaves, and attendance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws regarding compensation and benefits.


HR Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure HR policies align with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee handbooks and policy documents.
  • Support disciplinary procedures and compliance audits.


HR Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain HR databases and generate reports on HR metrics.
  • Assist in HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace efficiency.
  • Support management with HR-related documentation and analysis.


Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.


Work Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in human resources or a related role.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, or training & development is preferred.


Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Knowledge of labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Experience in handling employee records, reports, and HR documentation.
