JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree holder

With at least 2-4 years’ experience in after sales, field sales

With driver’s license and willing to travel across region

With experience working in automotive industry or dealer network operation is an advantage

Amenable to attend interviews

Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Track and drive dealers’ performance against sales targets to help boost overall regional results.

Spearhead and execute localized sales and marketing strategies to expand market share across the Visayas region.

Collaborate with Service Managers to enhance workshop efficiency, streamline parts inventory management, and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance.

Perform routine dealer audits and Business Health Checks to maintain profitability, operational excellence, and adherence to global company standards.

Deliver hands-on dealership support, coaching, and performance management throughout the Visayas region.
