Job Description
- Conduct surveys and customer need analysis and presenting possible solutions to customers
- Understanding of a products functionality and possible problems and figuring out a way to handle them
- Determine the best practice to meet the requirements of the customer
- Assists the Business Development team with customer related matters
- Provide technical expertise on products/services
- Take part in exhibitions, conventions and other events to help in the sale of a product/service
- Have in-depth technical knowledge about the products, their working and their pros and cons
- Sending technical specifications to potential customers via the Business Development team
- Revising and improving technical manuals
- Perform tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Proven field service experience; selling skills; creative thinker; able to multi-task; customer centric, friendly and approachable; focused and can pay attention to details
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- English literacy and confident in communicating verbal or written English
- Able to translate technical jargon so that lay people may understand it
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules, well organized and can work under pressure
- Advance knowledge of aircon and misting/scenting systems
- Skilled driver with valid drivers license
