About the Role:

Richetec Inc. is seeking a proactive Administrative & Operations Assistant to provide support in both administrative tasks and operational functions. This role is ideal for someone with experience in logistics, purchasing, and compliance with PEZA and BOC regulations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, logistics, or purchasing.
  • Knowledge of PEZA and BOC procedures is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management, ensuring smooth daily operations for both executives and employees.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact between management, staff, and external partners, maintaining clear, confidential, and effective communication.
  • Organize and manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements, including preparing agendas, documentation, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Draft, compile, and coordinate reports, presentations, official correspondence, and management briefings.
  • Take accurate meeting minutes and produce summaries, reports, and actionable plans for management review.
  • Maintain structured and secure filing systems, employee records, and administrative databases in line with company policies.
  • Support logistics and purchasing activities, including supplier coordination, purchase order tracking, and monitoring shipments.
  • Ensure adherence to PEZA and BOC regulations for import/export and operational compliance.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to facilitate smooth business operations.
