Responsibilities
- Maintain and update master Excel sheets for order tracking and customer inquiries.
- Monitor digital events and encode data/orders in real-time to ensure no lead is missed.
- Ensure data integrity and cleanliness across all internal tracking forms.
- Coordinate with hosts/managers for scheduling and ensure all digital assets (links, posters, scripts) are ready.
- Provide real-time backend support; monitor live comments and flag urgent inquiries.
- Consolidate engagement data and prepare performance summaries immediately after sessions.
- Generate weekly and monthly operational reports using Meta Business Suite and Excel.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Document FAQs and customer feedback for internal process improvement.
- Handle frontline inquiries via chat and social media platforms.
- Assist in basic content adjustments (Tagalog translations) for clarity.
- (Bonus) Support basic visual updates using Canva or CapCut as needed.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of any 4-year business or communication-related course.
- 1–2 years in Back Office, Data Entry, or Sales Support roles.
- Advanced Excel (Lookups, Pivot Tables) and high attention to detail.
- Willing to work shifting schedules, specifically for evening livestream support (6:00 PM – 7:30 PM).
