Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit relevant KOLs, influencers, and content creators aligned with the company’s brand and target market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOL partners.
  • Negotiate collaboration terms, rates, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate campaign briefs, content guidelines, and posting schedules.
  • Monitor KOL content to ensure brand compliance and quality standards.
  • Track campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
  • Prepare campaign reports and performance analysis.
  • Handle contracts, documentation, and payment coordination.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and competitor influencer activities.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales team to align campaign objectives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
