RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, networks, and production equipment.
  • Provide technical support for office and production users.
  • Install and monitor hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Ensure data security, backups, and minimal system downtime.
  • Assist in IT projects, system improvements, and network maintenance.
