**Airline Support Specialist – Cebu City**

We are urgently hiring **Airline Support Specialists** in Cebu City! If you have at least six months of BPO experience (international voice preferred), this is your chance to grow your career in the airline support industry.

**What You’ll Do**

- Assist customers with reservations, rebooking, cancellations, and travel inquiries

- Provide accurate flight information and policy details

- Handle concerns with professionalism and empathy via international voice support

- Record and update customer interactions in the system

- Meet performance targets in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

**Qualifications**

- Senior High School graduate or higher

- Minimum of six months BPO experience (international voice preferred)

- Strong English communication skills

- Customer service-oriented with problem-solving ability

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City on shifting schedules

**Compensation & Benefits**

- Starting salary: **₱25,000**

- Up to **₱28,000** for 2–4 years BPO experience
