The Company

HeyApril is building the proactive tax and accounting platform for creators.

We help 1099 earners avoid surprise tax bills, optimize their setup, and keep more of what they earn.

We’re hiring a Creator Growth Lead to help us grow inside the creator economy in Los Angeles.

This is a revenue-driving role.

You won’t just create content.

You’ll help validate and build a new acquisition channel.


The Opportunity

Creators talk about growth constantly.

They rarely talk about taxes — until it’s painful.

We’re early in building a creator-first tax brand, and this role sits at the front line of that shift.

You won’t inherit a polished machine.

You’ll help design how we reach creators, how we show up at events, and how we turn conversations into revenue.

If you’ve built your own audience and want to step into something bigger — this is that bridge.


The Structure

This role begins as a 90-day, part-time growth sprint (20–25 hours per week).

If performance targets are met and the channel proves repeatable, the role can expand into full-time with increased compensation and responsibility.


What You'll Own

  • Creator outreach (online + in-person)
  • Driving signups to our free Tax Snapshot
  • Converting qualified creators into paid memberships
  • Representing HeyApril at creator events
  • Hosting small meetups and building community
  • Creating short-form content from real conversations

You will work directly with the founder.

Your work directly impacts revenue.


What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent new paid memberships driven monthly
  • A growing network of creators connected to HeyApril
  • Strong in-person presence at LA creator events
  • A repeatable outreach and conversion rhythm
  • Clear contribution to monthly revenue growth

This is a performance-based growth role.

You’re confident walking into rooms, starting conversations, and asking for the sale.
