Job Description:

• Provide production support and maintenance for Java-based applications

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, including incidents and defects.

• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.

• Develop and implement enhancements and change requests.

• Collaborate with BAs to support defect fixes

• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.

• Ensure compliance with security, coding standards, and best practices.

1. Strong proficiency in Enterprise Java and related backend framework (Spring, Hibernate, JPA

etc).

2. Experienced with enterprise DBMS solutions, OracleDB


Good to have skills (Optional):

1. Has worked with Security Vulnerabilities, like Sonar, CSRF, Sql Injections

2. Familiar with frontend UI development, particularly with jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

3. Has experience with any forms of migration, (version upgrades or app migration from one

tech to another)
