IT Network Supervisor (Onsite - Makati)

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company network systems (LAN/WAN)
• Ensure stable internet and network connectivity
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues
• Coordinate with IT support and other departments
• Monitor and update network devices, licenses, and systems
• Support telephony systems (e.g., Avaya)
• Assist in planning and improving network setup
• Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in network administration
• Experience supervising or leading IT staff
• Familiar with network infrastructure and best practices
• Knowledge of routers, switches, LAN/WAN, and connectivity setup
• Experience with telephony systems (e.g., Avaya) is a plus
• Willing to work onsite in Makati
• Willing to work on Saturdays
