UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio in online gaming design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging, user-centered designs and seamless experiences specifically tailored for gaming platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of player behavior, game interfaces, and interactive design.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strong design execution skills; experienced in design standards and resource output management.

• Creative and imaginative; passionate about games with a rich gaming background.

• Actively communicate with team members to ensure consistency in design outputs and accurate implementation of design concepts.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and game designers to ensure smooth implementation of UI/UX designs.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve player experience.

• Optimize UI flows for engagement, retention, and monetization within gaming environments.

• Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in UI/UX and gaming design.

Bonus skills:

 a. Familiarity with 3D software

 b. Familiarity with Spine

 c. Experience using AIGC tools to assist in game design

Requirements:

• Graduate of an art-related major with more than 2 years of relevant design experience; must have participated in at least one complete game project.

• Strong art foundation with the ability to handle various UI and icon styles for different game genres; familiar with game UI interaction functionalities.

• Proficient in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Good communication and comprehension skills; strong aesthetic sense and creative design ability.
