Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Cebu Office – Park Centrale, Asia Town, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City


About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven BDM to drive sales, manage key client accounts, and deliver enterprise solutions that create measurable business value.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and nurture business opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Build strong, trust-based client relationships and conduct regular business reviews
  • Lead solution presentations, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Support client onboarding and solution adoption post-sale
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry insights
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and support teams
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Proven experience in business development or enterprise sales
  • Strong solution-selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of ERP or enterprise solutions is a plus
  • Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented
