Duties and Responsibilities
-Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
-Troubleshoot and repair hardware malfunctions and system performance issues.
-Conduct preventive maintenance and perform necessary hardware upgrades or replacements.
-Provide first-line technical support to employees on hardware and basic software concerns.
-Manage and update the company’s IT asset inventory and documentation.
-Assist in the setup and configuration of network connections and devices.
-Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for equipment repairs, replacements, or procurement.
-Support IT projects such as system rollouts, hardware installations, and upgrades.
-Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security, and equipment usage standards.
-Perform other tasks as needed.
