The Technical Support staff is responsible for providing after-sales technical assistance to clients. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, performing basic diagnostics, coordinating with suppliers or service providers, and assisting in warranty and maintenance-related concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide after-sales technical assistance and support to clients
  • Handle troubleshooting and perform basic diagnostics for reported issues
  • Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, or internal teams for technical concerns and repairs
  • Prepare and submit service reports after site visits or technical assistance
  • Assist in handling warranty claims and maintenance service requests
  • Monitor and follow up on ongoing service or repair activities
  • Maintain proper documentation of service activities and technical concerns
  • Ensure timely response and resolution of client technical issues


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Technical/Vocational course in Electronics, Electrical, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 1 year of technical support or field service experience is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge in troubleshooting and diagnostics of technical equipment or systems
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Willing to travel for site visits if necessary

  • Experience in after-sales support or technical service
  • Ability to read technical manuals and documentation
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with good report documentation skills
