About the Role
We’re looking for a People Operations Partner to help strengthen and scale our organizational systems.
You will work closely with leadership to design, run, and continuously improve core people programs — including performance cycles, compensation reviews, and hiring support — in a globally distributed, remote-first environment.
This role combines system thinking with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable building from 0→1 while also driving day-to-day operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, run, and continuously improve performance review cycles
- Coordinate and support company-wide compensation and salary review processes
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and provide data-backed insights
- Improve contractor visibility and alignment across a global team
- Identify organizational and process gaps, and drive pragmatic improvements
- Act as a cultural and communication bridge between Chinese and Western team members
- Collaborate closely with a globally distributed, remote-first team
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in HR / People Operations roles
- Hands-on experience with performance management and compensation processes
- Experience working in a global team
- Business professional fluency in both English and Mandarin
- Comfortable building processes from scratch (0→1)
- Strong ownership and willingness to stay hands-on in a small team
- Comfortable working across cultures and time zones
Nice to Have
- Web3 / crypto / NGO experience
- Experience with remote, globally distributed teams
