Job Function:
This position serves as the first point of contact for matters related to the administration of the school including assistance in managing incoming enquiries and other day to day operations. This position will laisse and maintain strong, effective communications with external and internal members, and various organizations. This role requires exceptional communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced and high energy environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
○ Attend to emails, answer questions, and direct concerns to proper personnel
○ Execute mass communication strategies via email and SMS
○ Monitor attendance trackers and call parents of students with excessive absences
○ Call parents to give academic updates for students at risk
○ Schedule PTCs
○ Follow-up documents
○ Attend to the virtual help desk that is scheduled twice a day for 1 hour
○ Contribute to branch-specific enrollment initiatives
○ Help in calling parents and students for re-enrollment during enrollment season
