Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives that promote the company’s products and services. This role assists in campaign implementation, content preparation, market research, and administrative tasks to help strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
• Responsible for all matters pertaining to Grab, PayMaya and other online sales platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners for marketing activities
• Prepare marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, brochures, and digital content
• Manage and update social media accounts and assist with basic content scheduling
• Conduct market research and analyze customer trends and competitor activities
• Support email marketing, online promotions, and in-store marketing initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for the marketing team
• Maintain marketing databases, inventory of promotional items, and documentation
• Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines and company standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• At least 2 years prior experience in marketing and sales support roles is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic marketing tools
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Must have prior experience working with food aggregators
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
